Lt. Col Gabe Valdez flew a helicopter while stationed in Iraq. His wife is a big fan of the red velvet cupcakes, and we are honored to create them for this donation. In celebration of her 10th year cancer free, Emma Tate of Culinary Delight Catering in Los Angeles, California, is selling a special butter cupcake with pink strawberry flavored cream cheese frosting for $3.50, with $2 of that going to American Breast Cancer Foundation.
